Job summary

The Setai, a luxury resort in Miami Beach, seeks an experienced Spa Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and support the Spa team in delivering service that reflects The Setai’s elegance and excellence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, scheduling, handling inquiries, coordinating with therapists, and assisting with administrative duties to maintain superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury resort or spa
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Articulate, polished, and eloquent in presentation
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management/reservation software

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism, creating a warm spa experience
• Manage reservations, scheduling, and confirmations for spa services
• Answer inquiries by phone and email with accurate information on services and policies
• Coordinate with therapists and attendants for smooth daily operations
• Handle billing and posting of charges to guest accounts
• Maintain spa reception and guest area cleanliness and organization
• Monitor spa product inventory and support retail sales
• Assist with administrative duties and guest records
• Resolve guest concerns discreetly and escalate as needed
• Support Spa Management with promotions and guest recognition initiatives
