Dermafix Spa in Louisville, KY seeks a Patient Relations & Skincare Sales Associate/Supervisor to welcome clients, manage bookings, promote services and products, and support front desk operations.

The role offers a base salary of $2,500 per month plus uncapped commission with an OTE of $60,000+ yearly. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, weekend availability, and gas reimbursement for inter-location travel. Paid training and employee discounts accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or sales, spa/salon experience is a plus.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with a polished, friendly, and professional presence.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings with care.
• Promote spa services, skincare products, and membership plans to hit sales targets.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Ensure the front desk is clean, inviting, and well-organized.
• Support day-to-day operations through light admin work.
• Travel to nearby spa branches as needed with gas reimbursement.
