Elemis is seeking a highly skilled Elite Aesthetician to represent our luxury skincare brand with partner spas and retailers. The role focuses on driving bookings, delivering premium facial treatments, and supporting brand events and education across the region.

The ideal candidate will combine advanced skincare expertise with strong sales, presentation, and education skills, while traveling extensively to build brand presence and achieve revenue goals.

Formación

• Licensed aesthetician in home base state.
• Advanced knowledge of facial techniques and skincare ingredients.
• Experience delivering professional training and education sessions.
• Ability to build relationships with spa partners, retailers and internal teams.
• Event planning and brand storytelling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform luxury brand facial treatments and advanced skincare services.
• Drive spa and treatment room bookings and support partner spas with activations.
• Train spa partners on treatment protocols and product usage.
• Plan and execute brand events, masterclasses, and retail activations.
• Deliver professional training sessions for spa staff and partners.
• Travel ~70% to support territory and national events.
