Elemis are seeking a highly skilled Elite Aesthetician to represent our luxury skincare brand in the field. This role drives spa service bookings, delivering exceptional facial treatments, and supporting retail partners across the region.

The ideal candidate combines advanced skincare expertise, strong sales and education skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with spa partners and retailers. This role requires extensive travel to support national events and education summits.

Qualifications

• Aesthetician license in good standing.
• Advanced knowledge of facial techniques and skincare ingredients.
• Luxury experience curation and high-touch service.
• Experience delivering professional training and education sessions.

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury facial treatments aligned with brand protocols.
• Drive spa and treatment bookings and support partner spas.
• Train spa partners on treatment protocols and product usage.
• Plan and execute brand events, masterclasses, and retail activations.
• Deliver skincare demonstrations at events and in-store activations.
• Provide field support to boost brand presence and partner success.
