Qualifications

• Retail experience in beauty, wellness or skincare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the brand story with natural, clean ingredients.
• Educate employees and customers on product benefits and philosophy.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and demonstrations.
• Meet sales targets while working independently in the field.
• Manage a schedule across multiple store locations.
• Provide support to retail partner staff.
• Perform mini skincare treatments on the sales floor.
• Submit detailed recaps with insights to improve the customer experience.
