Job summary

Proper Cloth seeks a Showroom Lead Client Advisor for its Soho showroom to drive luxury client engagement and bespoke tailoring experiences. You will guide clients through fabric options, measurements, and custom suit design to ensure an exceptional fit and style outcome.

In this role you will train and lead fellow Client Advisors, manage appointments, and maintain a premium showroom standard. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), clothing allowance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive luxury in-person sales.
• Ability to take measurements and advise on fit.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction and design options.
• Adept at explaining product details and options to clients.

Responsibilities

• Take measurements and assist clients with creating their custom clothing sizes.
• Explain fabrics, design options, and customization choices to customers.
• Provide expert style advice to clients for best-fit results.
• Assist clients in placing orders and managing custom garments.
• Keep showroom organized and well presented, even in the absence of the Showroom Manager.
• Manage appointment schedules to balance workload and optimize client flow.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and support team cohesion when the Showroom Manager is not present.
• Close the showroom at end of day according to the closing checklist.
