Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed.
• Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Mercedes-Benz of Seattle's hospitality standard in every handoff.
• Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day -- monitoring vehicle placement and flagging anything that needs attention.
• Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours.
• Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery.
• Inspect vehicles during movement and immediately report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member.
