Job summary

Valley Imports is seeking a Service Express Technician to work on luxury vehicles, performing quick maintenance and light repairs in a fast-paced environment. The role includes express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Aid in diagnosing minor vehicle concerns and suggest service as needed.
• Inspect customer vehicles.
• Perform express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines to meet express lane goals.
• Identify, recommend and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.
• Deliver a consistent experience for each customer.
