Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
  • Supervises and manages housekeepers in their housekeeping duties.
  • Handles daily troubleshooting calls from residents.

Base pay range

$20.70/hr - $28.98/hr

Our Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.
  • Coordinateing housekeeping services with other departments.
  • Responsible for keeping the total weekly work hours within the required budget.
  • Supervises and manages housekeepers in their housekeeping duties.
  • Controls and allocates the spending of the annual housekeeping budget.
  • Conducts a monthly inventory of all supplies.
  • Attends weekly department staff meetings and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Handles daily troubleshooting calls from residents.
  • Attends resident council meetings.


If you are someone with:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.


Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
