Aroma360 in Houston invites a Luxury Sales Consultant to join our premium showroom team. You will guide clients through personalized scent consultations and deliver a world-class luxury experience from first contact to final sale.

You will build relationships, follow up on warm leads, and use Salesforce to manage your pipeline, all while representing a leading luxury brand and supporting clients in creating memorable spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative luxury sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in phone and in-person interactions.
• Experience maintaining relationships and guiding customers through the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into our luxury showroom and deliver a world-class experience.
• Conduct personalized scent consultations based on each client's lifestyle, space, and goals.
• Demonstrate our premium scenting systems and signature fragrance collection.
• Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients.
• Proactively connect with warm leads by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up consistently to educate, answer questions, and guide customers toward the right solution.
• Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve individual sales goals while providing an exceptional luxury experience.
