In this role, you will manage CRM actions, contribute to building the customer portfolio, and ensure smooth store operations from stock handling to deliveries and POS maintenance, with rigor and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience by masterfully applying the house sale ceremony.
• Achieve individual sales objectives (turnover, average basket, conversion rate) by adopting a proactive and committed posture.
• Manage current CRM actions (loyalty, customer follow-up, contact) by contributing to the development of the customer portfolio.
• Ensure store operations (stock management, receipt of deliveries, maintenance of the point of sale) with rigor and autonomy.
