Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, recommend items, answer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with high presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
