Qualifications

• 6+ years in a similar role leading others in retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Proven track record developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business instincts; highly analytical; able to present and drive ideas.
• Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent organization skills; strong time-management.
• Requires weekends, evenings, and holiday availability.
• Role reports onsite in Irving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Client Advisors handling all client contacts (phone, email, chat, social).
• Define and drive action plans to meet qualitative/quantitative KPIs and clienteling activities.
• Maintain a positive presence to empower and engage the team while delivering Louis Vuitton standards.
• Collaborate to ensure world-class client experience in every interaction.
