Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman is a New York luxury retailer seeking a Support Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling, supporting store sales and the customer experience. You will handle inbound/outbound freight, fulfill online and store orders, and keep merchandise organized while collaborating with managers and Visual.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks.
• Basic proficiency with Google Suite.
• Able to stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked.
• Reticketing, damages, stockouts and related inventory control processes.
• Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Under supervision, merchandises product to set sale events and signage, while ensuring standards.
