Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a flexible retail teammate to join our high-volume store team. You’ll greet customers, restock, operate the register, answer phones, and uphold store policies while delivering memorable service.

Open availability, including overnights, evenings and weekends, is preferred. Candidates should have 1–2 years of retail experience, be physically able to lift 40 lbs, and collaborate with a talented team.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, and cashier; answer phones and execute operational policies.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
