Job summary

Eco Chic Consignments seeks a Store Manager to lead operations for My Sister’s Closet, Well Suited, and My Sister’s Attic, ensuring top-tier service and brand integrity across luxury fashion lines.

You will drive sales, manage staff, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding our brand image. Weekend/ext. hours required; salary $80,000–$90,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in store management — luxury retail required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete store financials and discuss with Executive Team
• Customer and consignor centric approach for luxury brands
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store staff to achieve sale goals
• Maintain exceptional customer service experiences and resolve any customer issues
• Implement and uphold our visual merchandising standards
• Conduct staff training and development to enhance performance
• Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for weekly staff scheduling, timecard monitoring (PAYCOM), and calculating employee commissions
• Manage store financials
