Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Security Officer in Connecticut to maintain a secure environment and serve as the first point of contact for clients, supporting a seamless Tiffany Experience.

The role combines security and back-of-house responsibilities with store operations, including opening/closing procedures, incident response, and collaboration with management to deter theft and protect assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
• Preferred: Experience in a retail/security environment.
• 1 year prior experience in a security related position.

Responsibilities

• The Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees at all times, acting as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and support store operations to achieve sales plans.
• Deliver an elevated in-store experience, acting as a Tiffany ambassador and implementing TEI-based client interactions.
