Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in St. Louis Plaza Frontenac is seeking a Branch Security Officer to maintain a secure environment for clients and employees while delivering the Tiffany Experience from start to finish. You will act as ambassador, support store operations, deter theft, and respond to emergencies with a proactive security approach.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail/security environment preferred.
• One year of security-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times, serving as ambassador and first point of contact.
• Balance security with delivering the Tiffany Experience to every guest.
• Deter theft, report incidents, and assist with incident management and daily operations.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures and facilities coordination.
