Qualifications

• One-to-three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Deliver the Tory Burch brand experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the brand philosophy to customers.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure loss prevention and store standards.
