Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is hiring for a Retail Sales role in Nashville. You will build and maintain customer relationships, delivering a transformational client experience through expert selling skills and deep product knowledge.

You will communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle while adhering to all sales and operational policies. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with the possibility of overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals
• Create the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer while ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained
