Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in a high-volume environment. You will use product knowledge to communicate the Tory Burch lifestyle, build lasting client relationships, and uphold store policies and visuals.

Open availability for evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekend shifts is required. You will join a fun, collaborative team with strong focus on service, growth, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Deliver the customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge while communicating Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Follow sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and loss prevention.
