Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive the business and meet sales goals.
• Deliver the customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge while following policies.
