Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work peak hours.
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by helping them select products.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Respond to customers' questions.
• Document sales by updating customer profiles.
• Process payments by totaling purchases and handling cash or cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Inform clientele of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of interest.
• Perform other duties as required.
