Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with clients, convey the brand lifestyle, and uphold all sales and store policies.

The role requires 1–3 years in a high-volume retail setting, strong selling and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. A physical role with lifting is involved.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures.
