You will perform daily inspections, cleaning, basic repairs, assist with electrical/plumbing as assigned, and respond to tenant requests. This outdoor-focused role requires physical work, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance or facilities experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of the property, including walkways, restrooms, landscaping, lighting, fountains, koi and turtle ponds, seating areas, and common spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and indoor common areas, including trash removal, pressure washing, and spot cleaning.
• Conduct basic repairs and preventative maintenance (e.g., pavers, drywall, faucets, toilets, doors, railings, benches, signage).
• Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks as assigned.
• Monitor and report safety hazards, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Support landscaping and seasonal décor setup, including holiday installations and special events.
• Respond quickly and professionally to tenant and guest service requests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in an organized and safe condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with company policies and local regulations.
