Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a Support Coordinator to drive daily operations with a focus on inventory and product processes. This hands-on leader will coordinate with a dedicated support associate, Selling Coordinators and Store Managers to ensure efficient execution of plans in a luxury retail setting.

The role demands experience in retail operations, strong coaching ability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.
• Ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds may be required.
• Willing to work based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes, working with a dedicated support associate.
• Plan and communicate daily operational goals with the team to drive efficiency and clarity.
• Lead preparation for annual financial inventory with audits and reconciliation for year-round accuracy.
• Develop multiple operational projects, including trunk show setups and stockroom reorganizations.
• Coordinate product movements (transfers, damages, repairs, off-season rotations) with partners and sales teams.
• Align operational activities with sales targets with Selling Managers and Brand Managers.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support shared goals across Bergdorf Goodman.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards reflecting the brand and luxury environment.
