Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking an Operations Associate for Armani / Casa in West Hollywood. You will support the sales team, keep the showroom running smoothly, and help drive sales with organized stock and merchandise flow. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

The role involves back-of-house duties, stock accuracy, and adapting to a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. A strong interest in luxury/retail and brand knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as, CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) are a strong asset.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
