Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Preferred Retail System knowledge.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies.
• Frontline presence to understand the business and improve store performance.
• Drive sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution and stock accuracy.
