Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations, stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to drive sales and customer experience.

You will report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location, with at least 1 year of retail experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Associates must stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Reticketing, pricing changes and signage, and moving products as marked.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Support with set-up and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
