Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a diligent warehouse associate to support flawless merchandise flow and presentation across our store network. You will assist with receiving, transfers, replenishment, markdowns, and back-of-house upkeep while maintaining a customer-centric approach on the floor as needed.

Ideal candidates bring high school completion, warehouse experience in retail or service environments, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse duties within retail, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Proven time management and ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Thorough knowledge of fashion industry and willingness to share expertise.
• Ability to operate equipment such as radios, POS register, ticket scanners and sensor removers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high performance truck check-in standards by expediting receiving and processing merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise to departments per visual directives and replenish as needed.
• Participate in ongoing maintenance of selling floor and fitting rooms, including re-sizing fixtures and signing displays.
• Maintain proper display of merchandise per brand standards and expedite transfers/returns with urgency.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when required.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures and complete duties in a timely manner.
