Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH, part of Saks Global, is seeking a detail‑oriented associate to enhance customer experience through flawless merchandise flow and presentation. You will support departments, maintain displays, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role requires strong time management, adaptability, and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected as part of a dynamic store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience executing warehouse duties in retail or sales.
• Proven time management and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Thorough knowledge of fashion industry and passion for sharing expertise.
• Ability to operate POS register and inventory systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Expedite receiving and processing of merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise to departments per visual directives.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms and resize fixtures.
• Maintain display in accordance with brand standards.
• Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and RTVs.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Assist on the sales floor when required.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures.
• Complete tasks assigned by store leadership.
