Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a motivated retail associate in a fast-paced luxury off-price environment. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products while promoting Saks credit and loyalty programs.

You will handle transactions with accuracy, maintain store presentation, and contribute to sales goals. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in-store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Greet customers and educate them on promotions and loyalty programs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Build relationships to foster repeat business and promote Saks credit card.
• Maintain store displays and ensure brand standards are met.
• Support asset protection and participate in store programs and events.
