Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Llc in San Francisco is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stock, receiving, and order fulfillment at our Neiman Marcus location. You will help maintain merchandise organization and ensure smooth daily store operations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accurate handling of inbound and outbound freight, pricing updates, and inventory control in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to multitask with a 'win together' mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 35 pounds, and work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Reticketing, price changes, and inventory control.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization.
• Support with setup of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
