Job summary

Margaux is opening a new store at Marin Country Mart in Larkspur, CA, and seeks an exemplary key holder to join the team. You will deliver a memorable, personalized shopping experience, lead with exceptional service, and help establish Margaux as a valued local brand.

This full-time role offers growth during a boutique launch and close collaboration with HQ. As part of the initial pop-up, you will build lasting relationships with customers, support merchandising, and contribute to community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contemporary or luxury retail; clienteling experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly develop a client book and reach out to customers to drive retention.
• Friendly, energetic, professional, collaborative and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalized client experiences on the sales floor with expert styling and product knowledge.
• Contribute to business growth by understanding customer needs and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain selling floor visuals and assist with in-store inventory strategy.
• Support store operations, including BOH inventory, returns, and communications with the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize store experience and drive growth.
