Qualifications

• Previous retail customer service experience in luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 3+ years in high-volume stock or operations role for fashion retailer.

Responsibilities

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of store goals.
• Abide by all retail policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers and staff.
• Ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor per company standards and update the team on new deliveries.
• Communicate stock level issues to management as appropriate.
• Inspect stock for defects and report damages.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and report end-of-month adjustments to corporate.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and submit adjustments timely.
• Process orders via online platform and manage shipments with carriers.
