Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a motivated retail team member to join our high-volume environment. You will greet customers, assist as a runner or cashier, and help ensure smooth operations across front and back of house.

Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts, is required. The role involves some lifting and stock-room organization, all performed with a passion for excellent service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• You may act as greeter, runner, cashier, or be answering phones.
• Support front of the house and back of the house operations in a fast-paced store environment.
• Organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow and operations.
• Work with an amazing team to deliver retail excellence.
