You will greet customers, assist with gift cards and loyalty questions, and handle cash office tasks such as deposits and currency exchange to ensure a smooth, high-quality shopping experience.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, delivering a luxury customer experience.
• Resolve credit card/loyalty questions with customers and colleagues.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone, connecting them with a Selling Team professional.
• Execute Cash Office functions including deposits, loans, currency exchange, and manage super funds.
