Responsibilities

• Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures with a focus on excellence
• Accurately process all POS transactions and capture customer information
• Understand radio communication and store technology tools
• Ensure accurate processing and documentation of all shipments and receipts
• Maintain back of house organization and assist with stock and store maintenance
• Print tickets in WebIM and manage transfers, damages, and other duties
• Represent the Tory Burch brand and maintain brand standards
• Support customer experience with greeting, product knowledge, and service excellence
