Marc Jacobs Rosemont Outlet in Rosemont, Illinois is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in Sales, People Development, Operations and Visual Merchandising.

The role focuses on coaching, training, and guiding Sales Supervisors and Associates on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while achieving personal and store targets. The ideal candidate brings experience in retail leadership and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial retail role in a store/boutique setting.
• Knowledge/interest in art, photography, literature.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience with client outreach and maintaining a client book.

Responsabilités

• Sales Generation: Daily monitoring of KPIs and sales results, set daily goals, embody the Selling Ceremony, motivate team to reach targets, develop data collection and accuracy, train team to build customer loyalty, recruit new clients through personal relationships.
• Operations: Know and apply Store Operation Procedures, organize back-office activities (stock and cash), maintain cleanliness and store facilities, monitor rolling inventory and annual fiscal inventory.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain visuals guidelines and standards, lead by example in presentation and grooming, provide qualitative feedback on products and merchandising to drive results.
• People Development: Monitor performance with clear targets, build team spirit, reward performance, address underperformance with feedback, coach in the moment, coordinate with HR for development actions.
