KREWE is seeking an Area Manager of Stores to lead 2–6 retail locations from our New York/New Orleans hubs. You will coach Store Managers, ensure brand standards, optimize guest experience, and translate HQ priorities into store-level action.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strategic event planning, and building a culture of excellence across luxury retail spaces. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership in multi-unit luxury retail.
• Ability to travel up to 50% out of the calendar year.
• Proven success driving sales through behavior management.
• Strong business acumen and drive for sales goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
