Job summary

Elevation Corporate Health in Ave Maria, FL is seeking motivated Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors to grow their client base in a residential fitness facility. The role is part-time and on-site, with commissions on sessions and packages.

Applicants should hold CPR/AED, a current personal training certification, and ideally a BS in Exercise Science. Experience in group instruction and wellness coaching is a plus, with TPI golf certification preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification is required.
• BS in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• Personal training certification is required.
• Group exercise instruction experience preferred (Pilates, Yoga, Aquatics, Zumba).
• Wellness & Nutrition Coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with members and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide fitness assessments and programming.
• Provide individual and group equipment orientations.
• Manage and oversee web portal technology for the program.
• Deliver personal training sessions and track client communications.
