Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to provide one-on-one fitness training for hotel guests and members in a luxury hospitality setting. You will design personalized sessions, track progress, and promote wellness services while maintaining a motivating studio environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Group Fitness Certification and CPR/AED, with 1–2 years of group training experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Certification in Group Fitness Instruction (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent).
CPR/AED Certification (required).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience leading group fitness classes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate participants in a luxury hospitality setting.
Experience with yoga, HIIT, spin or aqua fitness preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver personalized, dynamic sessions tailored to client goals.
Assess clients’ fitness levels and track progress, adjusting programs as needed.
Teach proper form, technique, and safety during sessions.
Foster an inclusive, motivating training environment.
Provide modifications and progressions for different fitness levels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio and equipment.
Stay current on fitness trends and certifications to ensure high-quality training.
Promote additional wellness services offered at the hotel.
Support special events and private training requests as needed.
