Job summary

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Engineering team. You will maintain luxury standards through detailed interior finishes and exterior projects during ongoing renovations and property improvements, contributing to the exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general engineering and maintenance experience.
• Hospitality experience desired.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing work including patching, repair and painting.
• Maintain a log of reworked areas with date, material and color.
• Assist in selecting materials for decoration.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond to trouble calls in hotel rooms from housekeeping and guests.
• Assist other maintenance functions as time allows.
