Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong proficiency in hotel management systems; experience with Alice and HMS preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opening and closing of daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms cleaned by assigned Room Attendants.
• Inspect public and service areas after cleaning.
