Job summary

Black Desert Resort, located in Southern Utah, is seeking a Housekeeping Supply Clerk on-site to manage inventory, coordinate supply orders, and keep closets, pantries, and carts stocked for daily operations in a luxury setting.

The role supports safe, efficient operations by ensuring linens, amenities, and equipment are available for room attendants and supervisors, with a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, supply, warehouse, or hospitality support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to use basic computer systems for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and housekeeping operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track housekeeping inventory including linens, guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries; verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist with supply ordering, vendor communications, and cost-effective procurement with leadership.
• Maintain storage rooms and closets in an organized, clean, and accessible manner.
• Distribute supplies to room attendants and supervisors as needed.
• Assist with stocking housekeeping carts and pantries for daily use.
• Monitor usage patterns and identify shortages, overstocking, or potential cost savings.
• Assist in monthly inventory reports and participate in regular stock counts.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment.
• Provide professional interactions when assisting staff or working in guest areas.
• Support housekeeping leadership with special projects related to supply chain management.
