Job summary
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Resort Grounds Equipment Operator to join our award-winning Grounds team. You will help maintain the pristine appearance of our luxury resort and assist with routine grounds-care tasks on a daily basis.
This role requires operating mowers and other landscaping equipment, working outdoors in varying weather, and providing courteous service to members and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, grounds-maintenance, or equipment-operation experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to safely operate motorized grounds equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily care and appearance of the resort and club grounds.
- Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
- Plant, water, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Inspect grounds and report issues to management.
- Follow safety procedures while operating equipment.
- Provide courteous service to members and guests.
