Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks an Area Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, reporting, and business planning for three hotels in Park City, Utah. Based at The Stelle, this role is part of the executive leadership and drives profitability and cash management across properties.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hospitality finance leadership, strong supervisory skills, and experience presenting to ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive hospitality finance leadership experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Experience presenting to ownership or executive owners.
• Preferred experience in luxury resorts, residential resort communities, ski destinations, or condo-hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct hotel property accounting practices and timely financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash management for the resort(s).
• Oversee HOA/condominium-owner and residential operations reporting.
• Coordinate year-end audit processes with external auditors.
