CoralTree Hospitality is seeking an experienced Area Director of Finance to guide financial strategy, reporting, and business planning for three hotels with a finance team in Park City, Utah. Based at The Stelle, this leadership role offers partnership with owners, strong governance, and growth opportunities.

You will oversee budgeting, audits, and cash flow, while mentoring the team to deliver accurate, timely financials and strategic insights that optimize profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hospitality finance leadership experience.
• Forward thinking, solution-oriented leader with supervisory experience.
• Experience presenting to ownership.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee hotel accounting practices and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, cash management and financial planning for three properties.
• Coordinate year-end audit activities and liaise with external auditors.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and drive continuous improvement.
