Job summary

Twin Farms, a private all-inclusive luxury resort for adults in Vermont, seeks an Ancillary Facilities Manager to oversee daily care and readiness of employee housing and related properties. This hands-on role requires completing routine repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and turnover preparation, with coordination to skilled teams when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform general carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work.
• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Capability to inspect properties and coordinate with contractors.
• Comfort with handling vendor and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across employee housing and ancillary properties.
• Carry out carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and finish work.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, fixture, door, lock, window repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare housing for move-ins/move-outs and turnover work.
• Track requests and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate vendors and specialized trades when needed.
• Maintain tools, inventories, and property records.
• Support seasonal property needs, including winterization.
• Collaborate with HR and Facilities on housing needs.
• Respond to urgent issues outside normal hours.
