Cirque St. Armands Beachside in Sarasota, FL is seeking a professional Busser to join our upscale resort restaurant team. You will support servers, clear and reset tables, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in restaurant, banquets, or hospitality preferred.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Physically able to lift up to 25-30 pounds.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set and refresh tables with place settings and linens according to restaurant standards.
• Rack and stack all dishes and utensils for dishwashing.
• Prepare condiments and beverages as needed.
• Assist wait staff with silverware rolling, replenishing drinks, food delivery, and other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, lounge, and outside areas including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist in stocking service station with necessary items as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and breakdown of any special events.
• Adhere to safety and sanitary procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
